ADHD Hero Walk

Welcome to Hope So Bright’s First ADHD Hero Walk/5K Run located in beautiful San Diego, California.  We designed this walk and 5k run in order to fund programs that teach the necessary skills children who live with ADHD require to succeed while encouraging families to be active together.

Who can participate?

The Hero Walk/5k run is for children and adults of all ages! We hope you show up in your best superhero costume.  Registered children ages 3 and up will receive a t-shirt with a cape and a medal, while adult runners and walkers will receive a t-shirt, medal, and gift bag. We don’t require registration for children under 3.  We will have special prizes for the first place male and female winners of the 5k run!

The ADHD Hero Walk/run is more than just a physical challenge; it’s our commitment and our promise to support the community in which we live.  The memories and the new friends that come from participating in this hero walk will live forever, while the funds we raise will change the future for kids with ADHD.  Let’s all unite together!
