Hope So Bright’s Virtual Autism Awareness Race – April 1-30, 2017
As a non-profit we are dedicated to promoting awareness and fundraising with fitness and friendship through virtual runs. Autism affects 1 in 68 children and is the fastest-growing neuro-developmental disorder worldwide.
Support autism programs and awareness by registering for Hope So Bright’s Autism Awareness Month Virtual Race (5K, 10K or half or full marathon). 100% of the proceeds will benefit programs and services for autistic children and young adults.
How it works:
For just $22, all registrants will receive a race packet, which includes an official race shirt, a race bib, and a finisher’s medal.
Who can run?
We pride ourselves on providing encouragement and support for every level of runner from beginners to experienced to ultra-marathoners.
Where?
You can choose to run or walk anywhere in the world. You will choose a location, time, and daily distance; whether you run or walk on rugged trails, a sandy beach, city streets, parks, paths, sidewalks, cycling or on the treadmill at the gym; at night or at the break of dawn, alone or with friends – it’s your choice. Whether you are looking to jump start your fitness routine or are a competitive runner, a virtual race is a great way to challenge yourself to reach your goal on completing a 5K, 10K, half or full marathon. Once you finish your race, take a photo and share your accomplishment on social media! Be sure to post on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter!
When participating in Hope So Bright’s Virtual Autism Awareness Race you will not only reach your goal of completing the race, you will also spread awareness about your cause. 100% of your registration fee will be donated to implement programs and services for those with autism.
