What: This is a virtual run or walk, 100 miles, for the runner in all of us.  A little over three miles a day is all it takes!

Where:  The world is your course. You will time yourself so you can go slow or fast. (NOTE: You can report your finishing time to IRun4Ultra and tag IRUN4ULTRA on Facebook daily/weekly/whenever to show us your updates!  We will feature you on our main page if you tag us when you finish.)

When: Complete your 100 miles any time from August 1 – 31, 2016

Who: All ages and all abilities. You can even walk or run on treadmill!
